1. Tel Aviv is also known as the “white city,” for some old zones of Tel Aviv, with more than 4,000 structures associated with the international style architecture – and her concentration of Bauhaus buildings and green garden city avenues & streets.
2. The city has thirteen official beaches. You will find in every declared beach, free changing rooms and toilets, lifeguard supervision and rescue station, chairs and sun beds for rent and pergolas. Rescuers working hours are 7-7pm and those hours are allowed to enter the water. some of the beaches also offer public fitness facilities (Jerusalem beach, Gordon Beach, Charles Clore Beach, Cliff Beach)
3. Due to Shabbat on Friday’s, the weekend in Tel Aviv starts Thursday night! The work week begins again on Sunday.
